Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Adonmo Private Limited ("Adonmo", "we", "us") handles information collected through adonmo.com (the "Site"). It covers only the public marketing website — not the campaign delivery platforms (Adserve, Acumen CMS, Poster Frames) which are governed by their own agreements.

Information we collect

• Contact form submissions. When you use the "Open in Email" button on our contact page, your email client constructs a message addressed to [email protected]. The Site itself does not store or process the data you enter — the submission is sent directly from your device to our inbox.
• Analytics. Google Analytics (operated by Google LLC) is enabled by default and collects pseudonymous usage data: pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, device/browser type, and an analytics cookie identifier. We use this only to understand which content is useful and improve the Site. We do not run remarketing, ad personalization, or any Google Ads integration. You can opt out at any time by clicking Cookie settings in the footer (or via the banner on your first visit) — opting out also removes the GA cookies (_ga, _ga_*, _gid, _gat) from your browser.
• Consent preference. Your choice (acknowledged or opted out) is stored in your browser's localStorage under adonmo-consent so we don't show the banner again. This stays on your device; we don't see it.

How we use the information

• Contact submissions — to respond to your enquiry about advertising, partnerships, careers, or other questions you raise.
• Analytics — to understand which content is useful and improve the Site.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use this Site's data for behavioural advertising.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses two categories of browser storage:

• Strictly necessary — the adonmo-consent localStorage entry that records your banner choice. Always active; required for the consent system itself to function.
• Analytics (optional) — Google Analytics' _ga and _ga_* cookies, set only after you accept via the banner. You can change your mind by clearing your browser storage for adonmo.com.

Sharing with third parties

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the Site:

• Cloudflare hosts the static files of this Site (CDN + DNS).
• Google processes the analytics data described above, when you have accepted.

Both of these providers may store data on servers outside India. We do not transfer personal data to any other third parties from this Site.

Retention

Contact emails sent to [email protected] are retained in our mailbox for as long as needed to respond and follow up — typically up to 24 months — after which they are deleted unless an active commercial relationship is in place. Google Analytics data is retained for the period configured in our GA property (14 months by default).

Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

If you are in India, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct or update inaccurate personal data;
• request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal obligations);
• withdraw consent you previously gave (declining cookies on the banner, or asking us to remove your contact details from our records);
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity;
• raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (below) and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
